Bitdash provides portfolio tracking, wallet verification, transaction monitoring, and structured assistance with legitimate account recovery. It does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

Recovery assistance follows legitimate account and ownership-verification workflows. We never request seed phrases or private keys, and we do not guarantee the recovery of any blockchain asset. Do not send seed phrases or private keys to anyone claiming to represent Bitdash.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials, backup codes, and devices, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not use the service to impersonate others or to attempt access to assets you do not control.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to bypass its security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitdash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of crypto assets.
